SNOWFLAKE and Buttercup won’t be there, but they’ll have a certain presence when the Wedderburn Farmers Market returns later this month.
Sharon and Paul Hercott, from Pyramid Hill, who are back at the market after their debut appearance in May, have been milking their two Saanen goats for the past three years.
“I make goats’ milk and olive oil soap, mainly unscented, along with six varieties of scented bars including sandalwood and patchouli, lemon verbena and spice,” Sharon said.
“We also keep our own beehives and sell honey and plan to take some of that to Wedderburn this month, too. Continue reading
